Q: How do I know if the women on your web-site are real and single?
A: Every Ukrainian woman who wants to join our agency and to place her profile on our web-site has to visit our office with an internal passport as a proof of her identity. Ukrainian people have two passports: internal and international. Internal passport shows if the person is married, divorced, widowed or has never been married before. It also has permanent address and children listed there too. So, be sure that all the information about the lady, including her age, name, number of children and marital status is true because we have scan copies of all the passports of our ladies.
Q: How often do you check the information of the women?
A: We have some software that tracks how many letters a woman receives through our mail forwarding service and how many times she replies. Our women are encouraged to reply to all letters they receive even if it's a 'no thank you' (in this case it'll be free for you and you get your money back on your account). It costs nothing for the ladies to reply and is a matter of courtesy. If a woman does not reply to 3 or more letters in a row without any reason she is removed as not being serious. Sometimes women move and don't tell us. We are continually checking the ladies are still available. If we can't contact them they are removed until such a time that we can contact them.
A number of women decide to leave our agency because they receive no letters. Others leave because they receive 100's of letters but no men visit them and they become despondent and tired of writing for months on end with no results. Many more have married. In other words maintaining the database is a constant effort and a high priority.
Q: Do I need a visa to visit Ukraine?
A: No, since May 2005 you don't need a visa if you are from EU, USA or Canada. For additional information please contact Ukrainian embassy in your country.
Q: I've just received a 'low account notification' what does this mean?
A: This means that we tried to send a reply from a lady you wrote to. When you sent the letter you agreed to pay for the reply but at this time your account does not have sufficient funds to pay for the lady's reply. Please read the page 'Translations & E-mail Forwarding' for further information and to add funds to your account.
A: To receive a reply your account must be in credit. To check your account, see next questions below. Our mail forwarding system is fully automated. When you add money to your account we are notified by email. Don't forget about time difference and main holidays. To avoid delays with your correspondence please make sure you have at least 6$ on your account.
Q: How can I check the balance of my account and retrieve my password if I have forgotten it?
A: This page 'Your Account' shows all your current account information. There you can change your personal details (email address, postal address, password etc) and see the balance. Also if you have forgotten your password you can ask to 'Retrieve your Password' and it will be e-mailed to you in a few minutes. To change your email address just login with your existing email address and password and change it on the screen that follows.
Q: Do you offer any discounts?
A: Yes we do. If you buy our unlimited correspondence for a month or year, it'll be cheaper for you. Click to 'Membership' for more information. Also we always have special offers for gifts and flowers deliveries.
A: We don't intrude into the personal life of our clients. So we never cut out any information from your letters. We can only give advises and if you need one, we are ready to help you. But recently we have added new option for our clients. If you and the lady decide to exchange contact information you can just buy it through our agency.
